every one of us making safety a priority NOW.
We welcome your input. If you are aware of a condition or procedure that you feel is
unsafe report it NOW to your supervisor or to the office. You can also document
any safety concerns on the monthly Fire Drill or Critical Safety Issues
Checklist forms which are reviewed by the agency Safety Committee each month.
You can also correct the condition if you are able.
It is my commitment to you that we will review all suggestions and concerns in a timely
fashion and make appropriate corrections to address the issue.
Working together, we can make our homes, vocational shop, and offices safe places to
work, live, and visit.
